PROBUS EMERGENCY (or ACTIVITIES CARD) CARD.

Probus says that you should always carry on all Probus activities a card.

The card should have your Identification details and medications list, and your emergency contact details, normally friend or family. Not necessarily your partner because if you are away and something happens to both of you, whom do the emergency services contact then?

We supply in the membership package when you join our club, a Probus activities card. Please fill out the details and keep pt on you especially during Probus activities. If you require another card simply ask our Membership officer.
